Shipping Insurance is always figured into our Free-Shipping listings, however; insurance must be purchased on orders that do not offer free shipping.

We always try to please our customer and go to great lengths to do so. Most of our items are Antique, Collectible, or Artisan Made, so we can not offer refunds for Manufacturer defects in glazes, color variations on products, or other natural defects that are beyond our control.

You can expect to recieve the item that is pictured as close to the original color and shade as is photographically possible. We expect the collector to use good judgement before purchasing if the item has to be a very distinct color to match your expectations.

We will always disclose and photograph any prior damage, repairs, or major flaws that would affect the value of the items we offer. If we somehow overlook a discrepancy that should have been mentioned in the description, then we expect you to return it for a full refund.
